To use this podcast as CPD, look at these reflection points from Sarah:
1) Reflect upon when and how you discuss physical activity with patients? If you don’t have these conversations, consider how you may start to integrate this practice. (Please use every opportunity to discuss physical activity with patients – we ALL have a collective responsibility to promote the importance of exercise for health, especially for oncology patients. People living with and beyond  cancer can think about exercise as another form of treatment and they need to think about it differently).
2) Reflect upon the support you offer stoma patients. What advice and support is available for them in your department? Start to consider how you may introduce advice around physical activity with this group of patients.
