Natalie founded Fireflies Fitness whilst in remission from breast cancer. It is a community interest company supporting people with fitness after they have received a cancer diagnosis. She now lives with metastatic cancer that spread to her bones and liver and she is a big advocate for the vital benefits of staying active throughout and beyond treatment.
